Redondo Beach Kite Festival

This past weekend was the Redondo Beach Kite Festival. This is such a fun family event and I am so glad we got to attend it this year. It is basically just a day set aside for everyone to bring their cool kites and come to the beach and fly them. They give away prizes for different things, but I really don't know who really cares about that. I guess a real kite enthusiast would. We just enjoyed being together, enjoyed the nice weather, and loved seeing the kids happy faces. Afterwards we played some games and rode some rides at the Redondo Pier arcade. Such a fun Sunday!
